i have distributed a so-called declaration form/life and death form (for ATC) which is to be signed and filled in accordingly today. for some of you... your friends have taken the forms for you already. check with your friends k.
those who do not have the forms please come and get it from me tmr cos this form is to be handed in on THURSDAY.
also, those of you who do not have the campkit list for ATC this friday, get it from me too. if you do not come and get it, you wont know wat to bring on fri.

to heads: have you all photocopied a list of the new telephone list for your members? i want to use the new telephone list to pass msg. all of yr members shd have a copy of it by this week. jr n i are gonna use this new list next week. k?
